Sheer capability in plastic compounds.

Developing an individual plastic compound that meets all requirements is an exciting process. However, we are not satisfied with manufacturing alone. Create your playlist at RIA-Polymers and benefit from the full range of our expertise: starting with professional support and comprehensive services to quality controls during series production in our own, state-of-the-art laboratories.

This is supplemented by our own efficient machine park. Here we can mix several base polymers, aggregates, modifiers and additives in any combination to create a plastic that, in accordance with our formulation, meets your individual requirements. You also benefit from the shortest possible production time as our machinery and experienced team ensure maximum flexibility.

OUR PLASTIC COMPOUNDS ARE LIKE MUSIC: THEIR QUALITY HAS TO BE PITCH-PERFECT, THEY HAVE TO HIT THE RIGHT TONE AND BE APPROPRIATE TO THE SITUATION. CREATE YOUR OWN PLAYLIST – WE’LL BE HAPPY TO LISTEN AND COMPOSE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR YOU.

Individuality in tested quality.

RIA-Polymers and material tests go hand in hand. We create special compounds that would not be possible with standard methods and without the commitment of our employees. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority – which is why we subject every product batch to a comprehensive materials test. Our four laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology put our plastic compounds through their paces, testing various properties and load-bearing capacities. Our test methods are based on quality requirements in compliance with DIN EN ISO standards and we conduct much more extensive tests and controls than required. You can count on us to deliver the best product quality, without exception.

Reproducibility, even with custom products.

We are happy to take on new challenges and find the right formulation to meet your requirements. One thing’s clear: even with your individual custom products, you can plan long-term. We consistently document all development, production and quality steps and, of course, the various material formulations. In combination with retention samples, colour samples and colour sample plates, every plastic compound is reproducible whilst maintaining high quality in the long-term.
